whole team of technicians came out to the house working collectively delivering quality and efficient work. They were polite and respectful, plus did a lovely job of cleaning up afterwards. Additionally, they spent close to 3 weeks returning to my home to check traps to ensure all rodents were captured. Thankfully, there was only 1 rodent total to account for after the 3rd week. I'd highly recommend for all issues on the home front when it comes to pesky rodents. Thank you for restoring my home to human inhabitants only!!

after hours email to WWR. I got a response the next morning from Frank that said he would send someone right out. 2 days before Christmas? I was shocked! Not only did they come right away, they found the unwanted guest (in the wall) and removed it. My lobby is back to smelling good for our clients! Thank you so much!!

He then set it down and returned to the vent to see if there were more...and removed a second bird, possibly the mama. He carefully brought the second bird outside and spent time trying to locate the baby bird, so they could "be together". I write with such detail, because I witnessed such profound care and concern for the wellbeing of the birds from Stephen. Throughout this experience he was sharing information about the how and why they were trapped. He investigated outside and found a vent that was in disrepair and spent time, at the top of a very tall ladder, in 90 degree heat, applying new screening so this won't happen again, anytime soon! Stephen presented himself with such professionalism, efficiency and true love for the wildlife he attended to. He is an excellent representation of Wando Wildlife Removal!
